Tokyo-Nip-pon Vopak has reached an agreement with Mitsui to acquire 100% of the assets in Mitsui's Nagoya and Moji tank terminals in Japan for an undisclosed amount. The Nagoya distribution terminal, located in the Chubu region, consists of 31 tanks with a total capacity of 37,300 cu m and one jetty for seagoing vessels. The distribution terminal in Moji, located in the Kyushu region, includes 22 tanks with a total capacity of 46,400 cu m and two jetties, one for seagoing vessels and one for barges. Both terminals are currently fully utilized by Japanese oil and chemical companies.
