Baghdad-Iraq has ordered feasibility studies for four new refineries and is looking for investors interested in building the projects, Reuters reported. Foster Wheeler is conducting the study for a 300,000-b/d refinery planned in southern Iraq's Nasiriyah province. The study for the project, having an estimated cost of $8-billion, is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2012.
