Dubai-The Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Assn. (GPCA) will host its Third Annual GPCA Forum on 2-4 Dec. 2008 at the Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The forum, for which GPCA is partnering with Chemical Week, will focus on the theme "Managing Growth and Competitiveness in a Cyclical Industry." In addition to two days of speakers, special sessions addressing regional logistics and human resources have been added to this year's program.
