Houston-The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP) has identified Jacques Collonge and Yasuhiko Takemura as the 2010 winners of IISRP's General and Technical Awards, respectively.Collonge, who retired from Eliokem in 2008 as president and chief executive, is being honored for his contribution to the industry and to the continuing success of IISRP.
