Saudi Basic Industries Corp. has opened a new polyole-fin logistics center in north-east England to replace its existing UK logistics center in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. Bach Dang Industry Shipbuilding has launched a 4,500 cu m liquefied ethylene carrier named Excalibur for an unidentified Italian company. The ships will be supervised by Rina Register of Italy.
