In this report, we calculate the ultraviolet (UV) exposure limits when working with incoherent artificial UV radiation sources designed for communication links at UV-C band. Limits for adjacent bands can be calculated based on the approach described.The results are obtained based on the regulations established by independent organizations, such as the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, the International Electrotechnical Commission, and the International Labour Organization.
