We will present a proof of part (b) of our main theorem in a previous paper, which is Theorem 1.4 below. It is about a necessary and sucient condition for a harmonic function on the open unit disk to be uniquely represented as the Poisson integral of a Riemann-integrable function on the unit circle in terms of modulus of continuity.
