The purpose of this training requirements analysis (TRA) is to assist indetermining training requirements for F-16 Avionics Systems personnel in light of recent RIVET WORKFORCE (RWF) restructuring efforts. The information may be used to evaluate the adequacy, feasibility, and efficiency of the training provided within this rapidly changing specialty. Data for this TRA were gathered by means of field interviews with F-16 Avionics Systems personnel. The TRA task list was extracted from the March 1989 452X2 USAF Job Inventory (JI). A total of 21
