This report catalogues over fifty human performance models and model developmenttools which are applicable to system design. It provides potential model users with brief reviews of each model, presented in a standard format. It is meant to be a practical source book, and does not address mathematical or theoretical issues to any great extent. Each chapter is aimed at a specific problem area in the system design/development cycle. Chapter topics include Task Allocation and Workload Prediction, Single Task Models, Multi-Task Models, Multi-Operator Models, Biomechanics and Work Space Design, Training and Skill Retention Models, and Network Modeling Tools.
