摘要

Current job analysis methods do not produce results that adequately reflect the social interaction content of jobs. The objective of this research was to discover what is known about social interaction in work related and organizational contexts that can be applied to job analysis. A search of the literature was used to develop a conceptual model for analyzing and classifying special work related social interactions and the factors affecting them. The model also describes the ways consequent behaviors are perceived, measured, and evaluated. Keywords: Job analysis, Social interaction; Interpersonal behavior. (sdw)
