An Instrument has been developed to measure the liquid water content of artificially generated and naturally occurring icing clouds during ground and flight anti-icing trials of the Nomad N24 aircraft. This report describes the techniques employed in the manufacture of the hot wire target elements used in the liquid water content meter. (Author)
