摘要

The surface acoustic wave (SAW) properties of lithium gallium oxide (LiGaO2) are theoretically predicted in order to determine the feasibility of using this material in related SAW devices. The surface wave velocity, the temperature coefficient of delay, an estimate of the electromagnetic to acoustic coupling, and the power flow angle for nine standard crystallographic cuts are obtained. This material is shown to have moderate coupling, low power flow angle, and a temperature coefficient of delay slightly larger than that of LiTaO3. (Author)
