摘要

Inducting from a multi-objective (or multi-goal) programming model for the allocation of water resources between competing firms, it is shown how various n-player characteristics functions can be associated with the model. Once a characteristic function is chosen, the authors can study the situation as an n-person game. Although the von Neumann-Morgenstern theory generally is not adequate for such games, several newer solution notions are shown to provide good delineations of the possible coalitions and competition in the resource allocation. The paper presents the new concepts in a formulation substantially more general than that for the problem which generated these concepts. (Author)
