One of the more critical criteria for acceptability of an attenuator using a ferrite as the absorbing medium is the effect of temperature on both resistance and attenuation. A graph is presented which shows this relationship with temperature varied from -50°C to 225°C.nAttenuation data are presented en FIL attenuator, Model 1, and a schematic drawing illustrates its construction.
