This document presents a new and innovative learning oriented approach to reuseassessment and adoption. The approach, entitled Learning and Inquiry Based Reuse Adoption (LIBRA), focuses on highly participative scenario-based techniques derived from the fields of organizational learning and theatrical scripting.
