摘要

There are two old monuments and five new ones at the seven corners of the parcel. The old southeast corner has a 3-inch brass cap set in a 12-inch diameter concrete disc at natural grade elevation. The old southwest corner has a 3-inch brass cap set in a 24-inch square concrete pad, which is 2 inches above natural grade elevation. The five new boundary monuments are 10- inch diameter by 12-inch deep concrete-filled PVC pipes with 3-inch brass caps. The boundary posts with signs are located at all established monuments, and between each monument within 1 foot of the true boundary line, inter-visible. The posts are spaced at intervals not to exceed 500 foot intervals and are also located at the intersections of all roads and trail crossings. The 12 inch by 18 inch signs are white aluminum with Boundary Area 5 Radioactive Waste Management Complex (RWMC) painted in black lettering on each sign. The signs are tied to single 5-foot green painted steel T-posts.
