摘要

The method involves the fusion of the sample with potassium pyrosulphate and precipitation of the uranium with ammonium hydroxide. The precipitate is redissolved in nitric acid, and the uranium is extracted into ethyl acetate. The uranium is determined on half the ethyl acetate phase after the organic matter has been eliminated. The uranyl thiocyanate complex is extracted into tri-n-butyl phosphate from a solution containing EDTA, and buffered with sodium formate. The transmittance of the tri-n-butyl phosphate solution is measured spectrophotometrically. 1 table.
