Recommended values are presented for the integral, momentum-transfer and viscosity cross sections for elastic collisions and total collision cross section of electrons in He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe, H2, N2, O2, CO and CO2. A wide range of electron energies (.001 to 10,000 eV) is considered, but emphasis is placed on the 1 - 1,000 eV range. A comprehensive list of references for the relevant cross sections is given.
