A method has been developed that is intended to be used for investigating the humidity load on the interface between a primer or a concrete surface and the sealant. This is done by means of a new technique comprising a construction called 'joint simulator,' which is described in detail in the report. The evaluation is done according to a slightly modified peel test (ASTM 6794). In conclusion, the humidity level plays an important role when jointing concrete surfaces.
