The plan relates to the General Management Plan (January 1981), the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the plan and the Section 106 Case Report for the plan. The Cultural Resources Management Plan includes resource recommendations found in the documents. The responsibilities of the National Park Service as a federal agency under the National Historic Preservation Legislation are described and actions needed to meet the National Park Service Management Policies for Cultural Resources Management and Preservation, are identified.
