Iroquois Lake and Duck Pond, New York have extensive rooted aquatic macrophytes, filamentous algae, and nutrient-enriched sediments. Recommended are draining (drawdown) and dry dredging; an impoundment basin for stormwater runoff (as opposed to detention plus diversion for stormwater management); shoreline wall replacement for shore stabilization; a recirculation and flushing system. The report was prepared in partial fulfillment of an EPA Clean Lakes Program grant.
