摘要

This report describes a criterion-related validity study conducted in four states in order to provide additional validity evidence for the written selection test for Employment Service Interviewer. The results indicated that the selection test predicted job performance as assessed by two objective job-related criterion measures. The selection test predicted scores on the criterion measures for Black and White and male and female interviewers. The selection test meets the Cleary definition of test fairness for Black interviewers.
