摘要

A theoretical framework to investigate and facilitate women's career development was developed and operationalized. The first phase of the study developed a taxonomy of behavioral domains important to women's career development. The second phase developed and evaluated prototypical measures of self-efficacy expectations and behavioral competence. Assessment models for subsequent research were provided.
