摘要

This was a study to determine if comprehensive coordinated team care (multi-disciplinary) produced better patient outcomes than the traditional method of care in the management of acute stroke patients in a general hospital. The findings indicate that team and traditional care patients fared similarly in survival and motor performance but team patients achieved better functional outcomes.
