By means of Special questionnaires the problems concerning the application of handling-systems were compiled and analyzed; furthermore, the results gained in the other study-groups were summarized. This indicated weak points, and thus the activities during the project could be guided. The perception deriving from the questionnaires and the additional aids and methods worked out by the respective study-groups are presented in this report in a concentrated form.
