摘要

Behavior of large panel concrete structures damaged due to abnormal loadings is discussed quantitatively. The alternate path approach is used to develop indirect design criteria which will assure General Structural Integrity in Large Panel Concrete Structures. As a result bridging of locally damaged areas caused by the effects of abnormal loads occurs while stability of the partially damaged structure is maintained. The design procedures are in the terms of tensile tie forces for transfers,longitudinal,vertical and peripheral ties,deformability requirements,wall layout,etc. It is anticipated that these recommendations will be introduced into appropriate recommended practices as minimum requirements for the design and construction of large panel concrete structures.
