摘要

A mass spectrometric investigation of these ratios suggested that, in some cases, the reported heats of sublimation might be in serious error. This was particularly true for the metals of atomic weight heavier than europium. The present investigation has resolved most of these discrepancies, permitting the determination of the dissociation energies of most of the gaseous rare earths monoxides. These will be reported in the literature shortly.
