The primary Objectives of this study were:n(1) To determine effective and ineffective trouble shooting procedures for the NIKE AJAX IFC system;n(2) To determine knowledges and skills which contribute to effective trouble shooting procedures;n(3) To generalize modifications introduced into the M33 FCS experimental training programs to NIKE AJAX IFC train¬ing on the basis of the activity data available to this project.nThe data available for accomplishing these objectives consist of several sets of categorized observations of maintenance activities taken during the administration of job-sample proficiency tests to M33 and NIKE AJAX fire control system maintenance technicians, and item responses on a multiple-choice written test administered to NIKE AJAX fire control system maintenance technicians only.
