The exploratory studies of relay designs using G29 miniature dry-reed switches has indi¬cated areas of development which will be required in connection with subsequent specific relay designs. An 8-by-S coordinate switching array based on a new type of two-switch latching relay is under construction and will receive exploratory evaluation during the next interval.
