摘要

To investigate in laparotomized dogs the mechanisms responsible for renal vascular resistance and urine flow rate change following variation of renal artery and pressures.nThe resistance increases as a function of artery pressure results from active vasoconstriction due to a direct effect of increased transmural pressure upon vascular smooth muscle. The increase following vein pressure elevation is induced by active vasoconstriction invoked reflexly over non-local sympathetic nerves and by passive vasoconstriction due to a decrease in transmural pressure dependent upon stromal rigidity.
