摘要

This book includes the abstracts of the contributions that will be proposed as oral presentation and posters in the Congress organized by the Istituto Superiore di Sanita in its third edition. The Congress aims to provide an update on new knowledge in Haemorheology as concerns pathophysiology, clinics and diagnostics. In particular, is devoted to deepen the clinical significance of haemorheological changes, to present new diagnostic tools, and to evaluate the significance of rheological therapies. The Round Table 'Standardization and reference values in haemorheology' wants to be an important time for discussion and exchange between different professional working in this field with the aim of contributing to the standardization of rheological techniques and the definition a shared system of traceability of measurements.
