This document contains a summary of public comments and responses on the proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), for Printing, coating and Dyeing of Fabrics and Other Textiles (40 CFR 63, subpart OOOO), proposed on July 11, 2002 (67 FR 46208). This document also provides the EPAs response to each comment, and outlines the changes made to the regulation in response to public comments.
