摘要

The report is one of a series of case studies conducted on grants awarded by the Telecommunications and Information Infrastructure Assistance Program (TIIAP) in 1994 and 1995. The case studies are part of the programs evaluation effort designed to gain knowledge about the effects and lessons of TIIAP-funded projects. NetWellness is a web-based consumer health information service developed by the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) with many community partners. The NetWellness database includes information from a variety of sourcestextbooks, medical and professional journals, and research articles. It covers drug information, disease information, standard and alternative treatment information, and general health and wellness information.
