On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigations, the United211u001eStates International Trade Commission (Commission) determines, pursuant to 211u001esection 703(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1671b(a)), that there 211u001eis a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially 211u001einjured by reason of imports from France, India, Indonesia, Italy, and Korea of 211u001ecertain cut-to-length steel plate, provided for in headings 7208, 7210, 7211, 211u001e7212, 7225, and 7226 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that 211u001eare alleged to be subsidized by the Governments of the respective countries. The 211u001eCommission further determines, pursuant to section 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 211u001e1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1673b(a)), that there is a reasonable indication that an 211u001eindustry in the United States is materially injured by reason of such imports 211u001efrom France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea that are alleged to be 211u001esold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). Finally, pursuant to 19 211u001eU.S.C. Section 1677(24)(A), the Commission determines that the subject imports 211u001efrom the Czech Republic that are alleged to be sold at LTFV and the subject 211u001eimports from Macedonia that are alleged to be subsidized and sold at LTFV are 211u001enegligible. The Commission's investigation with respect to the Czech Republic is 211u001ethereby terminated pursuant to 19 U.S.C. Section 1673b(a)(1) and its 211u001einvestigations with respect to Macedonia are thereby terminated pursuant to 19 211u001eU.S.C. Section 1671b(a)(1) and 19 U.S.C. Section 1673b(a)(1).
