摘要

The purpose of this report is to evaluate the QA/AC data collected during 1989-95211u001eduring the three rounds of sampling in the are between the southern boundary of 211u001ethe INEEL and Hagerman, Idaho to help assess precision of and bias introduced by 211u001eboth field and laboratory methods. Analytical results of replicate pairs of 211u001esamples were compared statistically for equivalence. The source-solution and 211u001eequipment bland analytical data also were evaluated. The inorganic-constituent 211u001edata included analyses for major ion, nutrients and cyanide, and trace elements. 211u001eThe gross radioactivity and radionuclide data included analyses for gross alpha 211u001eradioactivity, gross beta radioactivity, radon-222, radium-226, radium-228, 211u001euranium, strontium-90, tritium, and gamma radiation. Determinations of organic 211u001econstituents included dissolved organic carbon (DOC), anionic surfactant as 211u001emethylene blue active substances (MBAS), volatile organic compound (VOC's), 211u001epesticides, and gross polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's) and naphthalenes (PCN's). 211u001eThe following stable-isotope ratios, relative to a standard, were determined: 211u001ehydrogen-2/hydrogeno-1, oxygen-o18/oxygen-16, carbon-13/carbon-12, sulfur-211u001e34/sulfur-32, and nitrogent-15/nitrogen-14.
