The stealth properties of an object are, to a large extent, determined by its211u001eradar cross section. Accurate computation of this entity is therefore important. 211u001eA facet-based version of the method of moments is studied. The algorithm operates 211u001eon geometry data in the form of triangular facets. Data that describes the object 211u001eof interest can be obtained from the CAD-program AUTOCAD. The objective is to 211u001ecompute the radar cross section of an object of general shape. The report has a 211u001escientific character and is intended for a readership that seeks an overview of 211u001eone of the most important methods to compute radar cross section.
