摘要

The specification language LCM (Language for Conceptual Modeling) is used tospecify a part of the university of library document circulation system of the Free University. LCM is version 3 of a language previously called CMSL (Conceptual Model Method for Modeling). The authors draw a number of conclusions about the types of axioms that are encountered in the case study, as well as about the kinds of extensions that should be added to LCM to facilitate easier and more expressive modeling of this case study.
