The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) were published inthe Federal Register (Volume 57, Number 40) on February 28, 1992. The publication contained three CLIA regulations: HSQ-176-FC (final rule with comment), HSQ-177-FC (final rule with comment) and HSQ-179-F (final rule). The Medicare, Medicaid and CLIA Programs CLIA Fee Collection; Correction and Final Rule was published in the January 19, 1993 Federal Register (Volume 58, Number 11). These documents contain technical corrections to HSQ-176-FC, HSQ-177-FC and HSQ-179-F. HSQ-206-F Medicare, Medicaid and CLIA Programs; CLIA Program Fee Collection; Correction, is a final rule. HSQ-202-FC Medicare, Medicaid and CLIA Programs; Regulations Implementing the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act Program Fee Collection, is a final rule with comment.
