摘要

A mathematical and kinetic model of mammalian cell culture is developed to describe the dynamics of animal cell growth and the formations of waste products and monoclonal antibodies in suspension fed-batch and batch cultures. The models of substrates consumption and products formation are set up on the basis of the metabolic phenomenal comprehension and mass balances. The specific growth rate is described by a model similar to the two substrates and two products-inhibition Monod-type ones. The specific death rate is a function of glutamine, ammonia and lactate concentrations with the form of inverted one substrate and two by-products inhibition Monod-type equation. The model was also simplified partly by analyzing the model parameter sensitivity to the precision of the model and by taking into account the independent character of the model equations.
