Background This problem is due to land transport accidents highest inudcomparison with sea and air transport. The problem is in the public service ads warning version of the railway trackudbased on the interest of researchers in the global phenomenon of the rise of roadudusers who are violating traffic regulations train.udWhere in semiotic studies can be obtained a clear understanding of theudmeaning of the advertising message or messages conveyed by the advertisers andudshown to the public. The theory used in this study is the electronic media advertisingud(television), public service, verbal communication, communication as a symbolicudprocess, the use of color in the electronic media advertising, the notion of mother andudchild in the car and explanation of the importance of compliance with the train trackudfire.udFrom the results of this study indicate that the television ads showing at audglance that there are some ad's message is missed by the community and in the endudhave not received complete information.
