In this paper, $q$-difference analogues of several central results in valuedistribution theory of several complex variables are obtained. The main resultis the $q$-difference second main theorem for hypersurfaces. In addition,$q$-difference versions of the logarithmic derivative lemma, the second maintheorem for hyperplanes, Picard's theorem, and the Tumura-Clunie theorem, areincluded.
