In the rapid technological developments at this time, the progress of a company one of which depends on the information system used. One way that can be done by the company in the utilization of information technology systems is to implement technology Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). udTeladan Prima Group (TPG) is a privately-owned palm oil company in Indonesia. To achieve efficient material distribution, TPG need to design a system that aims to support the flow of material from the original supplier through various logistics processes leading to the final consumer. Planning ERP is done carefully in order to meet the strategic objectives of the business better (Ng dan Ipi 1998). ERP is a technology-centred product, the main problem technology-centred product is derived from the business process perspective of system designers rather than the user's perspective (Khosla et al. 2000). Users are expected to conform to the limitations and weaknesses of the machine. udThe purpose of this study was to identify the ERP implementation at TPG from the aspect of quality, quantity, cost, and speed, investigating ERP implementation formulations at TPG, and evaluating of the successful implementation of ERP in TPG and measuring performance against the ERP ERP implementation at TPG. Based on a survey held in TPG in January to March 2016 against 60 respondents, the research developed TPG can be used as an evaluation of the implementation of the ERP system in TPG. udPartial Least-Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to identify a model DeLone & McLean and IT Balanced Scorecard because of the general implementation of ERP is considered not successful from the users perspective who operate the system and implementation of ERP is technology centred approach. PLS-SEM identification results declare ERP implementation is not fully successful from the perspective of information quality, system quality, use, user satisfaction, company contributions, user orientation, future orientation and performance ERP. udThis study contributes an insights from ERP Implementation in agribusiness palm oil company context to identify information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, company contributions, user orientation, operational excellence, future orientation and ERP performance required in arranging effective strategy ERP implementation.
