The device has event management modules (40) arranged to receive a notification indicating occurrence of an event in communications tools. A processing unit (60) determines the action to be proposed to the user based on an event response of the notification, where the tool is constituted of electronic messaging tool (11), short or multimedia message service type minimessage receiving, sending and editing tool (12), instant messaging tool (13) and internet telephonic tool (14). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a telecommunication system comprising an interface unit to control sending of a request to a device (2) a telecommunication terminal comprising an interface unit to control implementation of a communication tool (3) a method for implementing a communication tools available to a user (4) a computer program comprising software instructions for implementation of the tool (5) a recording medium readable by a data processor, on which a program for implementation of a tool is recorded.
