The invention concerns a method of learning specific positions of actuators engaging gear ratios of a dual-clutch transmission, for a hybrid motor vehicle, characterised in that, when running in free-wheel mode, in order to learn the engagement of an end ratio linked to an end primary shaft (14; 24), starting from an initial engaged ratio linked to the other initial primary shaft (14; 24), the method comprises releasing the input clutches (10, 20), then controlling the speed of the electric machine (6) to adjust it to that of the initial primary shaft (14; 24), then closing the clutch having the initial ratio, and then engaging the end ratio, learning the specific positions of the actuator of this end ratio.
