Method of communication between a portable equipment (1) comprising a tactile surface (2), and a selected peripheral equipment (3k) among at least one peripheral equipment (3), comprising the steps of: - determining a present position (T ') and a present orientation of the portable equipment; - determining a direction of a selection sliding (D ') on the tactile surface of the portable equipment, carried out by a finger of an individual or by any object; - define , among the at least one peripheral equipment (3), the selected peripheral equipment (3k) whose position (Pk) corresponds to the direction of the selection sliding; - start a communication between the portable equipment (1) and the peripheral equipment selected (3k).
