Provided is a lens optical characteristic measuring device capable of evaluating the appearance of various distances and directions through a spectacle lens without assuming an observation object such as an optotype plate. The lens optical characteristic measuring device of the present invention includes a lens holding unit, an operation input unit, a measurement control unit, a measurement calculation unit, a light irradiation unit (17), a light receiving unit (19), a lens position moving unit, and an output unit. The lens position moving unit is connected to the lens holding unit, and the lens position moving unit can move the lens (Le) held in the lens holding unit in the Xθ direction and the Yθ direction based on the measurement control information. Yes, assuming the virtual eyeball turning point (G1) on the light irradiation part (17) side of the lens (Le), the optical axis is regarded as the virtual line-of-sight direction passing through the virtual eyeball turning point (G1), and the virtual line-of-sight at various angles is obtained. The optical characteristics of the exit pupil surface of the lens (Le) are measured for each direction.
