PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitness group training method in which a user avoids injuring a leg due to overtraining and achieves effective results. A fitness group training method accelerates the speed of each running machine until the pulse value falls within a predetermined first pulse rate band and determines the speed at which the pulse value falls within the predetermined first pulse rate band. A reference acquisition step S2 for setting the first speed, a low-load step S3 for setting the speed to the first speed and the pulse value within the first pulse rate band, and a pulse for setting the speed to the second speed that is faster than the first speed. Moderate load step S4 for setting the value within the second pulse rate zone that is faster than the first pulse rate zone, and setting the speed to the third rate that is faster than the second rate and the pulse value that is earlier than the second pulse rate zone. It comprises an advanced load step S5 for keeping the pulse rate within three pulse rates and a predetermined time interval step S6 for reducing the speed and stopping for a predetermined time, and these steps are repeated a plurality of times.
