PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profit prediction management device, a profit prediction management method, and a profit prediction management program capable of presenting a profitability index of rental assets by linking sales data in a sales system and accounting data in an accounting system. This is an issue. [Solution] Based on the cooperation data, the operation achievement rate of the operation target of the fixed asset per predetermined period is calculated, and based on the cooperation data, the economic useful life of the fixed asset is taken as the dividend and the investment payback period of the fixed asset is calculated. The quotient when the divisor is calculated is calculated as the useful life rate, the useful life rate is used as the dividend, and the quotient when the operation achievement rate is used as the divisor is calculated as the profitability index, and the profitability index is output.
