PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely deliver emergency disaster information to a user during power failure and even in an environment in which a radio wave does not reach in a facility such as a hotel.SOLUTION: An emergency disaster broadcast multicast system includes: an information transmission source 210 connected to speakers 220 for a location to transmit a signal on emergency disaster information as an acoustic signal from the speakers 220 for a location; and reception terminals 100 installed at each location for sending the emergency disaster information. Each of the reception terminals 100 includes: a microphone 102 for receiving an acoustic signal from the speaker 220 for a location; an output part 120 for waiting for the acoustic signal from the microphone 102 in a detectable state, analyzing the acoustic signal received by the microphone 102, and outputting preliminarily specified emergency disaster information with the acoustic signal as a trigger; and a terminal side secondary battery part 130 for supplying power to drive the reception terminal 100. The information transmission source 210 and the speakers 220 for a location are connected to the power source of a system different from a power supply system in a facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
