PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately identify whether or not a test plant of a crude drug candidate that has been processed is a base plant, and to distinguish that the crude drug candidate is a target crude drug, and use it. Develop and provide a different identification method. SOLUTION: The nucleotide sequence information can be stably obtained from the processed test plant, and the specific region in the genomic DNA or chloroplast DNA of the original plant having the specific base sequence of the original plant is amplified. A possible primer set was designed for each crude drug. Provided is this primer set and a crude drug discrimination method using the same. [Selection diagram] None
